RETURN POLICY

       RETURN RULES
  • Returns of full-price and sale merchandise must be made within 30 days of your order date.
  • Email customerservice@sassimi.com should you need to return or exchange your purchase (or gift).
  • Products must be in new condition (unused, unworn and unwashed) with the original hangtags. The original packaging must be intact.
  • In the event of items damaged during shipment, please contact Sassimi customer service immediately, customerservice@sassimi.com.
       RECEIVING CREDIT FOR YOUR RETURN
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your return. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
  • Return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Receive complimentary ground shipping on your Sassimi purchase within the United States.  Additional charges apply for all other shipping options and destinations.

  • Orders ship only on business days (Monday - Friday), excluding US federal holidays
  • All expedited orders require a street address
       SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Sassimi ships via USPS Priority for most residential orders with ground shipping.  At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your shipment. As you update your shipping method choices, your order total will adjust accordingly.
